All prices subject to change without notice or subject to change with notice depending on how we feel that day. Pool Genius and Aquality Service reserve the right to refuse sales to anyone especially Visigoths, and refuse sales that are the result of a clerical error or again just plain stupidity. Possession of web site material or literature from PoolGenius and Aquality Service does not constitute the right to purchase products from PoolGenius and Aquality Service as we reserve the right to be extremely diffident and/or pigheaded at any given time for all eternity In the unlikely event that the posted price is incorrect, we will email the customer with the correct price and give the customer the opportunity to buy the product at the correct price or delete it from their order.

Technical tips
Information provided on the site do not necessarily qualify the customer to properly and safely care for their pool. There are alot of idiots out there. Each pool system is different and the pool owner is strongly advised to have an experienced professional assist them so that they are able to properly care for their pool.

Warrantee Information
Every product we sell is brand new, manufactured for the retail USA market, and is covered by a manufacturers warranty. We don't sell used or grey market items of any kind. If your looking for something like that check out e-bay. All Warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer. If you feel you have a defective product, please refer to the warranty information packaged with your product. PoolGenius and Aquality Service does not express or imply any warranty. PoolGenius and Aquality Service expressly disclaims liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from the use or inability to use any item we sell. That said, if you have a problem with a defective product please call us at 760-632-8258. Please note it is very unusual for a unit to be defective. In fact, last year there weren't any.

Shipping
We make every effort to ship all orders within 3 days of confirmed payment(except for Saturday's, Sunday's, and Holidays) We ship all products to you by Fed Ex, Ground/Air, USPS or truck carrier and we occasionally drop ship the item direct from our supplier to save delays in processing your order. Where the items exceed livery's maximum size, we ship by common truck carrier. Items shipped by truck will take more time to arrive than anything shipped by Fed Ex. Canadian, or off shore shipments ARE subject to added freight and handling charges. Items that are shipped FedEx ground and can 3-7 working days to deliver. For Truck Carrier deliveries, only sidewalk delivery service is provided. In-house deliveries and special lift gate delivery service cost extra. Call our service department for price quotations. Refusal of truck deliveries will result in a charge back to your account for both the arrival and return freight costs, plus any incurred storage costs. In addition, there must be someone home to sign and receive the goods. If there is never anyone home during the day we suggest that we assign your delivery to your workplace or to a neighbor or friends home instead. Express delivery is available, please call 1-760-632-8258 for details. Note: in the event of some hard to stock items, misc. parts etc. please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery however, it is very rare that anything will take a full three weeks to get to you. So don't panic. If you have any question regarding the shipping of your product please don't hesitate to call.

Return Policy
All returns must be pre-approved by a representative of Poolgenius no less than 30 days from the date of purchase. Returned product must be in original packaging, presentable for sale, and with all warranty cards, manuals, etc. We can not accept for return electrical items that are not in their sealed containers. Chemicals, paint, and special order items are not returnable. Items which are drop shipped from the manufacturer are subject to the manufacturer's return policy. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for all approved returns. Any merchandise returned without approval may be re-shipped to the customer at their cost if the product is opened or not in a re-sellable condition, or re-stocked with a 25% re-stocking fee if the product is unopened and in re-sellable condition. Note we cannot accept used items for return. If you suspect you purchased the wrong type of cleaner above please- DON'T OPEN THE BOX! Please just call 760-632-8258 to speak to a Poolgenius representative for return approval. Orders refused at time of receipt are subject to freight charges both ways and special order products are not returnable.
